Ryan Tew

Elder / Pastor

Ryan serves as our Lead Pastor. Ryan and his wife Sarah have been married for 13-years and have two children. After spending six years in business, and three years working with international missions, Ryan joined the staff at First Baptist Church of McKinney, TX in 2019. In that time, Ryan oversaw ministries for Young Adults/Marrieds & Missions while also earning his Masters in Theological Studies from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Ryan and his family have lived in Melissa, TX for the past four years and love their community. Their hope is to see the kingdom of God spread through the local church in their city and beyond.

Bryson Gresham

Elder / Pastor

Bryson has been married to his wife Jessica since 2008 and they have four wonderful children. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Ethics from Dallas Christian College. He strives to glorify God and make disciples in his home and business. They currently live in McKinney, TX and are thankful to be a part of the Highlands Baptist Church community.
